The admission process is carried out by considering your score in your competitive exams i.e. MAT( Composite score of 600 or above),GMAT(Composite score of 450 or above),CMAT(70 Percentile or above), CAT(70 Percentile or above),XAT(70 percentile or above).

You cant compare the two professions as each require different skill sets and it depends on the person. Students from NLU Bangalore has got Rhodes scholarship which is given to very few people. Not all engineers get good placements. So choose what suits you the best.

I Would prefer NAEMD. Their connections are good actually. For events that is the basic requirement. I have experienced some of my acquaintances pursuing graduation from these institutes. So i can say the NAEMD events are much more in news as compare to its counterpart. So NAEMD is good alternative.
