Hi Harshil,
MBA programmes can be pursued by students from any field but the issue is business schools or MBA programs abroad require work experience of at least 2 years unlike in India. But, if you have an outstanding profile universities can admit you. It will depend on how strong your profile is without the work experience, how smart and intelligent you are, your GMAT score, MBA essay, LOR, extracurricular activities, project work, etc.

UPES does not have automobile design course, but as per the description you have shared, they do have M.Des in transportation design course.

With OBC, 91 marks, You'll get mechanical or civil in second or third round. Moreover, I would suggest you to push till third round. Also, if you wish to get even better, be a part of spot round, though that might be a bit risky and be a part of that if you secure a seat through josaa first.

Yes, why not? It is better to pursue animation after 12th only because you will get more time to enhance your intelligence in that field and overall you have to spend more than 6 Lacs for 3 to 4 year course.
