Truly said!
Your chances to get into IIITs or GFTIs are zero as your rank is too high.
You are advised to contact any private college for admission.

IIMS , SBIIMS , & IIMHRD all three are the part of SBES.
IIMS offers PGDM course. (Co-ed)
where as SBIIMS offers both MBA & PGDM ( Co-ed)
and IIMHRD offers both MBA & PGDM (Only for girls)
For a girl, to get admission into IIMHRD would prove to be an advantage. Since that institute is specially for girls, it is govt. aided, it provides better opportunities for girls, Including some perks like lesser fee, International tour (included in the fee), scholarships and more.
There is no difference in the standard of teaching amongst three of them.
Good luck!

I think you are asking for the top IITs. There are nearly 15 IITs in India. Among them, IIT-Madras, Bombay, Guwahati, Roorkee, Kanpur, kharagpur, Delhi, Hyderabad, Varanasi, Indore are the top IITs. There are other IITs like Mandi, Tirupathi, etc. which are not among the top list. Some colleges like BITS-Pilani, VIT-Vellore are better than those.

Apologies for the late reply. I would not suggest Finance as a stream while pursuing MBA since you will have to deal with numbers on a great scale. Instead, you can aim for Marketing, HR, IT Operations, etc., as per your interests. Whichever stream you choose, do ensure that you have at least a basic command over maths. Good luck.
