Hi Himanshu,
I would suggest you work on your weak areas by learning and practice because of which you lagged behind, and try to maintain your strengths.
For this, you can do a few things like (a) managing your time properly. This can be done by diving your time according to the priority of the tasks, give more time to studies (self-study), and less time to your refreshment activities.

Mechanical engineering, you know why because I am doing it. And for someone else, maybe other branch is the best. The point is so simple. Match your interest before choosing a branch, nothing is best or bad here. It's all upto you and your interest.
Best of luck.

Its going to be tough since your background is commerce and you want to do graphic designing. If you can show evidence of your interest, knowledge in this field and explain the universities why you want to pursue this course you can be considered. Otherwise, check TAFE institutes for vocational/professional job oriented courses in Australia.Chances of admission in Canada is less.

Hi Bhagyashree,
In order to take admission in MBA, you're supposed to clear entrance exams first.
CAT/MAT/XAT are a few exams you can apply for, also take a note that your admission will be based on the result percentile of these exams. For universities like IIM, FMS only your CAT score will be eligible and some universities will accept admission based on any of your score-card.
