Hi Javed,
As you scored a low percentage, I would recommend you to try for 11th 12th Science. Then join some JEE or state entrance classes where you can prove yourself. For applying to BE, you must score more than 50% in PCM group (i.e. Physics, Chemistry, and Maths) in 12th. To get trained in Hybris there are multiple ways:
*Join a company who are looking to build team in Hybris and are providing training for the same. For a Hybris developer role you'll have to have basic knowledge in Java and spring MVC. *There are many institutes which provide Hybris training, although I am not sure how reliable they are. Do your research well before enrolling. *Hybris can also be self learnt.

Check last year's cutoff (Ist, IInd. ), from that you will get an idea about your chances, because this year's cutoff will be almost similar to that of previous years. Also, keep working on your other options. If you get DU, then nothing is better than this. But, even if you don't make it, then there is nothing to worry, because it is not everything, you must have backup options.
