Yes, to be eligible to sit in CLAT you have to pass +2 from a recognised board or any board equivalent to the recognised boards. Since your board is recognised (https://agc.ac.in/php/boards.pdf), you shall be eligible to sit in the CLAT, AILET, BHU, JMI, AMU GGSIPU and other 5 year law entrance exams.

B.Sc and B.Tech both are good courses for you. But in B.Tech, maximum universities ask for 45-50% marks in PCM. So you have to check before trying for some university. But in B.Sc, there is no percentage criteria. There are lots of degree colleges in Haryana, India which are providing B.Sc course. Other than it, you may also choose BBA for further studies.

Hello Deepak,
IIAE-Dehradun offers a unique way of getting a degree in engineering from abroad. Two initial years in India followed by two years abroad is the structure. As AICTE won't accept this, they have tied up with universities abroad for Grant of degree. The fees will get reduced only if less students apply to this Institute. No, government engineering college has no entry through management quota. To enter Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College, you have to get a good rank in JELET (for lateral entry) or WBJEE.
