You can pursue M.Sc in biotechnology from top universities like SRM, Amity, Lovely Professional University, etc then you have a good scope. If you do not get admission to these universities then abroad is a good option.

You can do one thing you can choose a specialisation in which you want to make your career, if your college/university provides. To become a web developer you must have interest in it. You can join any institute to learn web-developing, they provide theoretical as well as practical exposure.
Although you can learn it from YouTube or internet, however there are large amount of videos and Pdf tutorials available on the internet.

Passing 10+2 with the stream as commerce, one can only pursue a course which requires minimum eligibility as a 10+2 in commerce. You cannot pursue B.Tech or Diploma, you can only pursue this if you passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry, and math as a subject, or you can ask the concerned college or university who is offering this course on the basis of 10+2 with commerce as a stream.

MCA is generally a three year course. If you have done BCA or B.Sc. (IT), then you are eligible to get admissions directly in 2nd year of MCA. This is known as lateral entry. It all depends upon the norms of the university through which you want to pursue MCA. Checkout the Colleges official website to know they accept lateral entry or not.
