You should go by your interest as both of these domains have their own set of scopes. If you are good at technical skills at graduation level then opt for M.Tech. from a good institution like IIT, BITS Pilani, IIIT and some good NIT.
Coming to MBA, it will take you to management domain and is among more popular option for CS students in particular.
For MBA you should prepare well to crack CAT exam to get good colleges.
Best of luck for your future !

I don't think it will be feasible for you to apply to Canada due to the following reasons:
> Your degree is not a 4 year degree which is a requirement by the Canadian Universities.
> Your percentage is fairly on the lower side as compared with the requirement of the universities in Canada(3.0/4.0 GPA or B+ Grade or 75 percent +)

Since you have a very low percentage in HSC as well as in graduation so in that case you may not be able to take admission in any of the university in new zealand as all the good universities ask above 60% in graduation however there are some colleges where you might get admission depending on the program you are applying for however now a days visa rules are strict so it's completely depend on your case and visa office how they will take your application.
