I am afraid this program is not available in the University of Texas(Arlington). However, there are many good universities in the USA which you can target for the MS telecommunications program. Please find below the names of the universities:

Although there are some Universities which offers Single Sitting Graduation courses like Osmania University, but then as per the education system it is not seen as a valid form of graduation. As per the rules, to be a valid graduate degree holder, the course pursued should be a bachelor program with a duration not less than 3 years (else would be treated as a diploma/ certificate course) and the course should be approved by a University (recognized by UGC).
I would suggest you not to opt for the Single sitting courses as these are not accepted by most of the companies for job purposes and also bring problems in case of higher

Considering the fact that you are to opt for distance degree, Symbiosis and SMU are decent options, preferably join SCDL i.e. Symbiosis.
Also do remember your future placements and jobs will depend on your own skill set and profile because you are doing your degree from distance.
Nevertheless, Curriculum designed by Symbiosis for distance education of MBA is a good one.
And fees being updated every year by most of the Institutes, so you should check the official website of the respective university / institute for the updated and exact fee structure.
