American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.

Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fee

Hi,
Scholarships are competitive and awarded to the most deserving students. At the graduate level you can get funding in the form of graduate assistantships where you work or research with professors. In exchange you may get your entire/partial tuition fees waived, and get a monthly stipend to cover your living expenses. Such awards are very competitive.
