Well it depends on the University, but if you are eligible, you need to get through GRE,TOEFL,IELTS for foreign education. But if you degree is regular, you can try for MS after you crack English proficiency/GRE tests. I hope these qualifications have been issued by Sikkim Manipal University. Am I right? SMUDE is DEC approved
