you can do BSC in biotechnology, you should have PCB in 12th.No need to B.Tech or M.tech if you are not interested in these fields. Search of any good university and get yourself enrolled.

It seems that you are interested in knowing whether B.Sc and B.Tech are same or not. Well if this is your question, then I would like to say that both are not equivalent as B.Sc is Bachelors of Science and is of 3 years; whereas B.Tech is totally engineering and is of 4 years.

Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities in Canada, you need to have:
