No Problem, Work experience is required if you want to do executive MBA ( one year, in some Universities it is 1.5 years). You can Opt for 2years distance MBA. Sikkim manipal university, symbosis,Indira Ghandhi Universities, are some of good universities you should opt for.

Symbiosis gives permission to do MBA after doing diploma of 3years, but a work experience is also required, may be of 5years. One of my colleague is doing MBA after doing diploma, from symbiosis.
