apply at ftii, pune or lv prasad academy or stick to doing masters in mass comm at nitte university, mangalore or elsewhere in a good university department or college. the first two institutes will give you a career in film direction. the third one will open up careers in all types of video production. all three have good faculty to teach visual media. fees at nitte university is very reasonable. whisling woods is good if you can afford it

no MCA is not difficult if you are not a computer student then you have to little hard work in ist semester only after that you can easily do it i was also a art student and do MCA after that i do it easily even i don't know about computer so no need to worry about that

PhD or Fellow Program is a great choice. You can take up a specialized area- Finance or Management or any other for which you possess keen interest.
All the IIMs and leading B-schools such as XLRI, MDI. Several IITs and NITs, IISc, and engineering institutes (such as Delhi Technological University, BITS Pilani, Thapar University) have a department of management studies that offers PhD programs.
You can even consider going abroad. Feel free to write back.
