If the transfer of course happens with a college affiliated to the same university, then common transfer process and same fee applies (subject to college pending fee clearance)
If it's change in another university then the current colleges dues for the course has to be paid and ongoing college shall charge as per its fee structure.
Common university fee is applicable for Tuition Fee and other fees remain changes as per the concerned university/ college.
Rethink of the initiate as she need to pursue only one semester of seventh (Final Year/ IV Yr) in the forthcoming year and mostly last semester of Eighth which is meant for project where in can be pursued in the desired location.
Kindly check for possibility of continuance as it is better for your beloved daughter's career and campus placement.
