Which graduate degree do you have sir, Is it b.Tech or B.E . I first of all aprreciate ou for having this decision. The best among countries to persue education is either UK or US. you can even try countries like Australia or Germany. First of all i would suggst you to have a language proviciency test like IELTS ot TOFEL. that would help you a lot and then fix a course, fix a country then select a university and then we can move accornidng to needs of that universities as different universities need different requirements.
