IBPS conducts recruitment exams for the probationary officer and clerical cadre in the public sector banks of India.
There are minimum eligibility criteria for the different posts, which candidates must fulfil to be eligible to apply for the exam.

There are plenty of options depending on your subjects like honors in sociology, psychology, philosophy, arts, languages, anthropology, etc.
Vocational courses like BHM, aviation, etc. can also be done.
Banking, UPSC, SSC and other government exams can be taken. If she is interested in teaching then NTT or JBT is possible after completing class 12th.
