IBPS conducts recruitment exams for the probationary officer and clerical cadre in the public sector banks of India.
There are minimum eligibility criteria for the different posts, which candidates must fulfil to be eligible to apply for the exam.

Yes, they do have but they don't get the placements like business school. Really, if you want to do MBA from a good university, you can try for:
1. FMS.
2. Delhi University.

Vocational courses like BHM, aviation, etc. can also be done.
Banking, UPSC, SSC and other government exams can be taken. If she is interested in teaching then NTT or JBT is possible after completing class 12th.
