Hello Garima,
Mody University of Science and Technology, Lakshmangarh, Sikar, Rajasthan is good and performing well in terms of women education, teaching is good, student exposure for international internship is very good. It is having a great base of alumni. I have gone through the campus & must mention that it is one of the best in North India in terms of technological aspects. As well as, its infrastructure and faculty base is also very good especially about the lowest student and faculty ratio.
Please take suggestions from the college students also for a better clarity.

Great to know that you are aiming for the civil service exams in your 2nd year degree itself. Start preparation from now itself so that you can attempt exam immediately after completion of your degree.
The best material to prepare for UPSC exam is The Hindu newspaper. Also, study NCERT text books from 7th to 12th.
After this, you can study higher level topics

New Zealand is comparatively inexpensive than Australia. Also, it depends on what degree or Diploma are you looking for? Both countries are good for education but opportunities to work are better in Australia as New Zealand. Except for a few tech companies, it is more of an agricultural country. Take a look at their skill shortage list for immigrants and then decide.
