Hi,
Setting up a institute is not just about constructing physical infrastructure in the form of building classrooms and setting up libraries.
It does involve obtaining permissions and licenses from concerned authorities at various stages. It starts with the setting up of a trust to govern the business.
You need to register the Trust and submit the Trust Deed at the time of registration, in accordance with the laws of the government.
