hello lakshmi, welcome to https://shiksha.com and there is no cut off marks for gre over all of 1600 marks they divide english for 800 and quant for 800 its better to secure min 900 to apply for most universities and as well as equally toefl score is also mandotary still doubts reply me . all the best

There is no university or college in India that offers graduation in one sitting since it is not legal and valid. It is advisable that you pick 3 years full time or distance under graduate degree program.

at present the best college in India is IIT .so if u wish to go for mechanical b tech only i would strongly recommend u to go for this institute only. after IIT its VJTI coll from Mumbai to give u further guidance i would like to know where exactly u prefer to stay and study .?
