Yes, you can apply for B.Ed. The minimum percentage of marks required for applying for the B.Ed course is 50%. There will be relaxations allowed in case of the percentage of marks for the reserved category candidates. The candidates who belong to the reserved categories namely SC/ST/OBC needs to score only 45% marks. The selection will be based on the percentage of marks secured in the entrance examination. As your score is less than 45% mark you cannot apply.

There is an amazing book called, Thomas' Calculus. It starts with the very elementary stuff like what is a number etc. (obviously you can skip these chapters) and goes on to solving second order differential equations. To apply for NSD, you must need graduation as eligibility criteria later then followed by an entrance exam with screen test. After all these steps you can go for NSD.
