Eligibility:
B.Tech /BE Degree in Polymer Science and Technology/Fiber Science & Technology/Rubber Technology/Plastic Technology/Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Material Science/Chemical Technology with 65% marks or equivalent grade;
M.Sc. In Chemistry/Polymer Science/Applied Chemistry with 60% or equivalent grade from Mahatma Gandhi University or an institution recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University. Candidates with valid GATE SCORE will have preference. Note: Candidates who are awaiting the results of the final examinations can also apply and they shall produce mark lists of the qualifying examination before finalizing the rank list. Selection Criteria:
On the basis of GATE Score. In the case of a tie, weightage will be given to the marks of the qualifying examination. An Entrance Test will be conducted for candidates who do not have a valid GATE Score. The marks obtained in the Entrance Test and qualifying examination will be taken into account in the ratio 50:50 for preparing the rank list.
