Admission to US medical schools is a very competitive process. International students need to complete an undergraduate degree course majoring with premedical subjects first. To enter any undergraduate course in the US you will need to take the SAT examination. Normally the application process should begin in class XI. Since you have already completed XII you will be wasting one year in the process. Regarding the middle east you can take up a job in the middle east if you have an Indian medical degree. I will recommend that you consider getting admission to a medical college in India. Many graduates from medical schools such as KMC Manipal work in the middle east.
