Hi,
If your degree is a 3 year degree, you would not be able to pursue the same in either USA or Canada as the requirement from majority of the universities is a 4 year degree. Let me know whether your degree is a 3 year or a 4 year degree. If it is a 3 year degree, you may have to look for options in UK, Europe and Australia.

Hi,
Machine designing is never awarded as a masters degree. You would be pursuing masters in mechanical engineering in which you can choose machine design as a specialization. There is a masters of mechanical engineering program available at this university. Please visit the following link to have a look at the admission criteria as well as the kind of financial aid available: http://www.uta.edu/mae/index.php?page=me/gradadmit-2010-11.php
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
