PI 45%
CAT 35%
GD/WAT 15%
WORK-EX 5%
You can quite clearly see the role of work-ex is just 5%,rest all depends upon your score,performance in interview and your GD/WAT.So it just depends upon your performance,chances are equal for freshers as well as work-ex guys.
