You are just 18-19 years old right now, be patients. Think calmly. Before start to prepare for UPSC, I'ld suggest you to firstly concentrate on BCA and meanwhile (just a day today activity) start reading daily newspaper. General Knowledge books as they are much important for UPSC exams. for choosing your subjects I'ld say options are there but after checking syllabus for every subject you will get to know what you want to choose.
You have to start like a Tortoise and with Hard work you can win this race as well.
