US is the best study destination to pursue masters degree but getting a US VISA is very difficult.
Getting a VISA for UK is not difficult, but the duration of masters degree in UK is one year only as compared to two year in US, also there are not good job prospects in UK.
Australia has very good job prospects as compared to UK or US.
The cost of education in Germany is very less as compared to UK, US and Australia but getting admission in German universities is very competitive, you need to have very good academic record to get admission in German universities.
Please note that institutes in India do offers campus placement to students, whereas such facility in not available in universities abroad.
You may work part time while pursuing studies abroad, but such opportunity in not possible in India.
So based on the above mentioned parameters you may decide whether to pursue MS form India or abroad.
International students may work 20 hours per week, but by this you would not be able to manage your living expenses there, moreover with the pressure of studies you will hardly get any time to work part time.
So you have to be ready with the funds to pay your tuition fee and manage your living expenses.

If you mean BHM (Bachelor degree in Hotel Management), then in order to pursue this course you need to be 12th pass from any stream with good academic record preferably 45%-50% plus in 12th with English as one of the subjects, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
The upper age limit for to pursue this course is 22 years.
