Yes, it is possible. A Diploma is considered equivalent to plus 2. Alagappa University is admitting plus 2 or equivalent students for MBA DDE (five-year) course. It is the only inst. offering project management as a specialisation in South, good for engineers. There are few inst. In north offering PGDM ( equal toMBA) for experienced Diploma engineers.
