Well, you have a good score but the number of backlogs can be a matter of concern. As Canadian universities do not accept more than 5 backlogs. It would also depend on your IELTS or TOEFL score and GRE. You need to draft a strong sop that explains your educational journey well and give reasons for these backlogs.
