If you have 15 years of work experience in travel Retail then how come you are saying that you don't have experience in Retail sector. Yes, if you are planning to any other retail sector say food retail or fashion retail then it is altogether a different thing, for that I would suggest that you should plan for higher studies, as in you should go for MBA in Retail or Sales & Marketing. This will help you to get better job opportunities.
