Hi, First of all great to learn that you are so much fascinated about studies as time and then you have taken up education as fate did not support you much.

I would suggest you to spend quality time everyday by reading journals, magazines, newspapers, etc

Hello Tiya
the eligibility of Mass Communication Course is
A candidate at least needs 50% marks in graduation for pursuing a postgraduate degree or MA in Mass Communication. Admission to postgraduate degree in Mass Communication is based upon a written test and interview conducted by individual universities.

but no problem you can do other course also
like computer , fashion designing , BBA , BCA , BBM etc
find your interest and go for it
All the best
