Hi,
Banking today is a niche career for enthusiasts in the field of commerce and accounts.
An admission to bachelor's program in banking requires good percentage in Class XII. If you are a student from CBSE Board, you would require at least 80% overall to get admitted to a good college.
Besides, the skills expected from students to clear the interview include good communication skills, aptitude for banking, sales, marketing and money matters. If you are an enthusiast who loves trading in stocks, mutual funds, hedge funds and understands the pros and cons of availing personal loans and insurance policies, then it only adds to your career

Hi,
You may refer following article about list of the top rated institutes for MBA and the basics of any MBA
www.bit.ly/18YUc1J
WLC is definitely not a good option as this is just a diploma and in quality also it lacks. It is not a recognized one.
If you see ISBM's Nande campus, they claim they had 100% placement for 2010-12 batch so considering this, it is not bad
However, this institute has not mentioned anything as per the mandatory disclosure under AICTE guideline which could have given more clarity.
Still, ISBM is better over WLC

Dear Suman,
The selection process from this year has changed dramatically. Instead of group discussion, WAT process have been introduced which is much more reliable. This is the first year of aforementioned process. As per my conviction, expected cutoff may hover around an 85%ile mark. But still, the game is totally unknown as of now. Your experience of 20 months would surely help you, just that you need to tactfully relate the answers to your work experience. I wish all the luck to prepare well and crack the process.
