Even if you have not cleared the PCC. you can still get into finance-related careers through programmes such as ICWA and CS.
You may even consider diplomas in banking and finance, treasury management and financial planning offered by a number of institutes.
Commerce graduates can also take competitive examinations for recruitment to the civil services, including the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Police Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Economic Services and others.
After B.Com, you may also do an MBA, even if it is a correspondence programme, as long as it is from a recognized university. If you are interested in non-finance courses, there are number of diplomas available in fields such as mass communication, event management, and travel and tourism. Much depends on your interests and the field of work you wish to focus on.

Shivam, it is quite difficult to tell much about any particular institution in this new field, however, it is supposed to be a good place to learn. Like most of the people, I could tell you that XYZ is one of the best and go read online about it. I could tell you to search the youtube for 'best animation faculty' or 'best animation institute'. However these are only some of the methods of shortlisting. There is no such authentic one list of institutes that i can give you. All institute branches have same curriculum, like all states in India follow the same constitution. By same comparison all state progress differently and after a certain time the gap becomes huge. You could do well to create a list of places you may want to learn at, whether they are in your city or not. Then go to their websites and research about them, and even call them and talk to them. Try their website for more details. Typically go for a school which offers all the information including faculty on their website. Now shortlist some you want to visit. Do not hesitate to travel - this is about your life and career. After visiting those take a decision for yourself. Even if you have to travel to timbuctoo or chandigarh for that matter, it is important for your life, so do it.
