It's unfortunate that you have not cleared your 3rd year Bsc and have landed up a backlog which has delayed your graduation.
You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another. You may also consult your previous college, if they can re-consider your case. I would request you to contact your Head of Department regarding the procedure set forth by the college.
However, you may pursue your graduation via distance or correspondence mode of learning. There may be some difference in Correspondence and Regular course, i would say it varies from one subject to the other also from one degree to the other. However in general a course through distance learning does not have as much value as the regular one so if you can do a regular course, it would hold a lot of importance and thus be a much better option. The acceptability and recognition of a full time course is higher in industry and the long term career gains are good. Correspondence courses are ideally meant for those who are working and cannot leave their jobs to further their education. It is only to leverage ones experience and not so much as a stand alone degree. The employ-ability of a full time degree holder is the most and those with a distance education degree may face a drawback as far as employment options with MNCs are concerned. However, what is also relevant is your experience; skills and profile should match the profile needed for the job and organization. Thus it would be best for you to pursue a full time course.

Hi Vinay , first of all I apologize for being so late in giving the reply. Actually, you have not given me details of your board marks as it has a very high weightage now a days. Your marks in mains is 120 so if you have good marks in boards then you might have a good chance of getting in DTU.
So i request you to get back to me with the details of your board and marks obtained in it.

There isn't a direct and simple answer to this. Depending on your background and your choice of IIMs, there is a huge variation in CAT percentile cutoffs. On one extreme for general candidates CAT percentile cutoff in 2015 for IIM Ahmedabad was 99.67 where as minimum CAT percentile in general category was 91.5. Different IIMs have different CAT percentile cutoff as well as assign different weights to CAT percentile and previous academic record. Also These criterion change every year. I suggest you check the admission criteria of your target IIMs, which usually is available on their website in admissions page. But general in general if you score more than 99 percentile with more than 90 percentile in both sections, you should expect at least some IIM calls.

Aeronautical engineering definitely has great career prospects as our nation is currently focusing on modernization of the aviation industry which involves construction of new airports and modernization of existing ones, airport connectivity infrastructure development etc. This upgradation indicates the growing potential of this domain. With a huge no. of new aircrafts being added and services being made available through a wider network, the employment opportunities also rise and so does the need for aviation/aerospace professionals. The salary depends on various factors, like company that hires you,your score card and from where you have passed your degree. If you want to pursue aeronautical engineering then do it from a good college that offers good placement. I would suggest you go for colleges like UPES Dehradoon, I would like to suggest you UPES Dehradun for this program, its very reputed university for core sector courses with good infrastructure, curriculum, faculty and placement.
