For your queries regarding admission in M.Sc, I'd suggest you to visit the Delhi University official website and check the criteria for the same. I think 50% seats in DU are filled on the basis of merit, I.e., your marks in graduation. (They have cutoffs for this.) And the rest of the seats are filled through an entrance test which is conducted by DU only. I'd suggest you to visit www.du.ac.in for more precise details.

This depends upon your preparation level. If your concepts are strong and you are in search to get that extra edge then you can go for the crash course.
But I don't recommend crash courses because most of the time it's just waste of money. You are not sure that how the crash course is going to be, will the faculty of each subject will be best, can you cope up with the speed or not? These are all the questions which you must answer before spending your valuable money on the crash course.
I am not saying that crash course doesn't work. It depends on upon your knowledge and efforts.
