Below is the analysis regarding cutoff for SC category for various B-School for CAT 2016.
This CAT score does not guarantee your admission but you will get stepped up for further rounds.
Also, note that further rounds will give a hard time for low scorers.
96-97.9 - JBIMS
90-91.9 - IIM-A
77-79.5 - IIM-C, IIM-L, NITIE (Both Courses)
65-70.9 - IIM-B, IIM-Kozhikode, IIM-Kashipur, IIM-Raipur, IIM Ranchi, IIM-Shilong, IIM-Trichy, IIM-Udaipur, IIM_Rohtak and SIBM-Pune (MBA).

After completing your 12th with minimum 60% marks, you can appear for various entrance tests conducted by different colleges or institutes for Bachelor's in journalism and mass communication course. Make sure you are updated with the current affairs and other political issues.

We cannot guarantee you admissions. It depends on the university entirely. Since you are looking for a PG course I will advice you to retake IELTS or email the college first. If you don't meet the English language requirements you are putting visa chances at risk even if the college might give you an offer. You have already posted this query earlier and you have an answer.
