To be honest, distance mode BE is only good for working people who have a possibility of getting promotion after getting the BE certificate. If you are not working I suggest you to go for full time BE.

MISB Bocconi cutoff for NMAT is above 185. You will have to give Bocconi Entrance Test for MISB Bocconi. MISB Bocconi is better than BIMTECH Noida in terms of placement and faculty.

You have a good chance through CAT but I would advice you to take CET because through CAT you apply for All India Seats which are very few for MMS where as through CET you get to apply for nearly 70% seats (this may vary).

Entry requirements are different from university to university. Typically, to pursue MDS, you must hold a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) Degree and must be a Licensed Dental Practitioner. You must also obtain a eligibility letter from the Dental Council of India and pass the screening test to start practice in India. it will cost around 12 lacks to 25 lacs depending on the university.

The XAT cut off for PGDM is 70 percentile and above.
For PGDM(IB) - 65 percentile and above.
For PGDM (IBM) & PGDM (RM) - 60 percentile and above.
