It may be accepted if it meets the education standards of desired countries and universities. Various forms of programs globally have been introduced like PDDC, distance education programs etc. To suit individuals not able to go for a full time programme. You must check with the institutions in these countries for qualifying criteria. I am sure you will find some private institutions. If not a Masters you should be able to land up a pathway programme like PG Diploma or Graduate Certificate which can be transferred to a Masters later. You must check all these when you write to the universities. Look for options, enquire more.

Yes, CUSAT considers Class 12 score for admission to UG courses. Aspirants need to qualify a minimum of Class 12 to apply for a UG course at CUSAT. Below are some of the CUSAT UG programme along with their Class 12 requirement:
