Yes, of course you can think of that. However, there are some more nuances to the whole process. Universities abroad accept students not only based on academics, but quite broad range of requirements. I would like to advise you that please approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad for MS. They will have knowledge of all these pitfalls and will take care of your behalf. At that low score, it is impossible to get admission into any good college. The cutoff generally is at least 80 percentile. I suggest you reappear for CAT and score well.

Chances are bleak, because this year the CAT has given the result before the closing date of UBS application form. So, it might happen the students of good percentile who really wish to join UBS will be more and they will not leave the seat. But, if you perform well in GD-PI process and get a good merit rank, then you can get admission easily. I hope it clears your doubt.
