Yes, geology is a good option after Class 12. Since this field has not been explored by many people, you will have more job prospects and most importantly you will get an option to travel. Pursuing a BSc in Geology can open doors to many options for you. For instance, you can opt for further studies like a Master's or even a Doctorate in Geology.

If you are looking at German Public Universities, you would need 14 years of education to get admission in their Masters program. Also, your percentage is a bit on the lower side.
