Well the three institutes are well known names in terms of getting quality coaching for the AIEEE exam or the other similar entrances. You can opt for either of the institutes depending on your area of interest in terms of the location preference, curriculum offered, duration in which the entire curriculum is covered, number of mock tests offered, fees for the course etc.

As far as I know University of Kashmir has only Masters and higher level programmes you may find a BBA programme in some of the affiliated colleges of Kashmir University.
However, as suggested by Ritu you should explore other colleges & Universities.
