Hi Sindhuja,
On this the opinion may differ from person to person, however, according to me I can suggest you two ways to do your MBA one which is best at this stage of your career is a full time MBA from a decent B-School like IIMs, if that is not possible then I would suggest you to work for few more years say 4-5 years and then take one year sabbatical and plan for an EMBA. If you feel that you can not go for any of the above option then only opt for NIIT MBA. Reason why I am emphasizing on full time MBA is because full time MBA not only gives better practical exposure, and develop your networking skills but also gives you great Job
