MBA in Singapore is pretty good but there are very less universities in Singapore. Infact, there are only 2 universities in Singapore where one should apply for MBA i.e. NUS and Nanyang Technological University. These 2 universities are ranked in the top 100 universities in the world for MBA by financial times rankings. Admission is not easy in these universities. A GMAT score of atleast 660+ is required to compete against other students who apply to these universities.

No, it won't possible. In 10 lakhs, you can still manage your living expenses for the entire duration of the course somehow, but won't be able to graduate. Atleast 25 lakh rupees is required to pursue your education in US or Canada. In Canada, you might just still be able to complete your education in 20 lakhs depending on the university and the location.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
