Online university degrees issued by universities and colleges that are accredited and recognized in the United States get easily accepted in India. If you meant Indian Government as an employer, then again, degrees recognized in the United States are also recognized and accepted in India. In case of these particular universities, you need to see if they are accredited or not. Most universities have this information available on their official websites.

One should get 50% + in PCM and a good score in CET or AIEEE to get admission in BTech. You may get admission even if Entrance exam score is not vey good but you may get college out of city. (Colleges which are out of city may ge good colleges. Students dont prefer them because they want to be in city, near their home.)
