Hi Ankit, you have not specified which course do you want to apply for. If its UG then you need to know certain facts before applying : Indian class 12 as such is not considered equivalent with German class 12. So Indian students are eligible to apply for a bachelor programme if they fulfill one of the following criteria:
I. Successfully completing the first year of a bachelor programme from a recognized university in India in the relevant subject field.
II. Successfully clearing the IIT Joint Entrance Examination for admission to courses in technology and natural sciences.
III. Passing the qualification assessment examination in Germany,

Hi Mithun, its always be better to go for higher studies, that will give u a break as well as another degree that will benefit u in the future. MBA or M. Tech is the best option for u.
Mithun, its always be good to do PG course as early as possible otherwise the opportunity cost( 2 yr salary + fees of clg and other expenses) will be high that will make it difficult for u to leave the job. This is the best time to go for PG course as u have a 2 yr exp, u know the corporate culture that will benefit u after u do management course.
