Hi Ravi,
1) To take admission in M.Tech you need to appear in the entrance exam, i.e., GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering).
After the exam, you will receive a GATE score which is associated with two points, i.e., valid time period and qualifying marks. Your score is only valid when it is above or equal to the score of qualifying marks. So, please visit the official websites of the shortlisted institutes or contact them personally for specific details.
