2. Fee for the official transcript:-
Rs. 200/- per transcript, if to be sent to the student/institute in India.
Rs. 400/- per transcript, if required to be sent to the Institute/Student outside India by the University.
(The requisite fee is required to be paid through demand draft drawn in favour of 'IGNOU' & payable at 'New Delhi')

Although, you have got a decent UPSEE score but it would be difficult to give you any concrete list of Institutes with this rank. However, few of the Institutes which you may try are: Babu Banarsidas, Galgotias, JSS Academy, Apeejay Institute, Harcourt Butler Technological Institute etc. For further information please check the link below:

1) To take admission in M.Tech you need to appear in the entrance exam, i.e., GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering).
After the exam, you will receive a GATE score which is associated with two points, i.e., valid time period and qualifying marks. Your score is only valid when it is above or equal to the score of qualifying marks. So, please visit the official websites of the shortlisted institutes or contact them personally for specific details.

-Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences
-Aurora's Engineering College
-Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and
