Well it will be difficult to give you details about entrance exam of any particular university. However, most of the Mass Comm entrance exam are same and thus I can give you a generic information.
For your preparation, I would suggest you to go through the newspapers everyday and make a note of all the good articles or important news that you come across. You have to mug up the punch lines of various good and famous brands and also their Brand ambassadors, mug up the punch lines of various good news channels because they might ask it.
