Masters in Finance is hardcore Finance whereas MBA finance will just have finance specialization in the 2nd year. 1st year will be more of Management overview.
With Masters in Finance, you can have great opportunities. I may suggest you to proceed with the course, take up good placements. Work for 4-8 years in the Banking & Finance sector and whenever you personally feel ready to take the jump, go for Executive MBA with a specialization in Finance.
