Hi,
Please note that since your long term goal is to pursue MBA so in that case you may consider pursuing any course at graduate level as in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be GRADUATE in ANY FIELD with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However for better career prospects and to increase your chances of getting admission in good B-school I would suggest you to work for 2-4 years after completing your graduation and then opting for MBA.

After 12th in Science (Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry), you may go for engineering courses such as civil, mechanical, electronics etc
Apart from doing the degree level courses in Science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas such as occupational therapy, computer, business administration.
You can also opt for courses outside the university stream such as hotel management, fashion technology, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses.

There is no cut-off percentile as such. It all depends on the number of applications they receive. A score between 200-220 is a good score to get selected but in PGDBM GD/PI does matter, so perform well during your gd/pi. Only good score in CMAT wont do.
