Chances are remote but still you can hope for the best. Otherwise there are many private universities around the country that offer you admission on the basis of your JEE score directly or on the basis of your marks in 12th. Some of thes also offer scholarships to meritorious students.
Check the websites of some private universities like SRM, SMU, LPU, etc for more details about courses as well as other details.

This depends upon the merit list of the college you are interested in as the list is going to vary from college to college.
But these days we have other options too. We have world class private universities offering admissions to students with good NATA score and good percentage in 12th.

Hi Shristi,
The Masters degree is a degree obtained after following a full programme, which contains taught courses and their exams following by a dissertation. If you do not want to complete a dissertation and just follow and pass the modules then you obtain a postgraduate diploma.
Criteria for postgraduate certificates and diplomas will vary from course to course. In general a Postgraduate Diploma will have the same taught module requirements as the Masters qualification, but will omit the research project.
However, a masters degree will fetch you better career scope a per my understanding.
